tomorrow's visitor

This is Trockle, the cute little one-eyed monster with pointy green fingernails that is the subject of the book called "Trockle."

Trockle will be visiting this blog tomorrow as part of his virtual Trick or Treat book tour. Be sure to stop by! Don't be afraid. He's really not all that scary. Just ask Stephen.

Please ask him to stop staring at me.

I wasn't staring at you! But you are kind of scary.

Ms. Jen? Mama told me never to talk to strangers, but she says it's okay as long as we're visiting someone we know. Who is fw?

I'm sorry, fw, if you thought I was staring. It can be kind of scary - I know. Stephen once stared at me, and he's got TWO eyes!

Sweet Trockle!!

I can't wait for you to visit me tomorrow!

Don't worry about FW. She's a friend of mine that I've known since we were your age, and she's playing silly with you. At least, I think we were your age when we started to be friends. How old are you? You'll have to let us know tomorrow when you visit.

By the way, I'm going to allow unmoderated comments on this blog tomorrow, to allow anyone to talk to Trockle, or to Holly or Jordan (author and illustrator). So if you have questions for the little guy or his creators, this is the place to ask!!

Hi, Jen! Trockle, Stephen, and I are looking forward to visiting tomorrow. The kids are in bed, now, but they'll be dropping in tomorrow with their adorable new pumpkin shaped (Great Pumpkin sized!) trick-or-treat bags. One of us: Stephen, Trockle's mom, or I will be here with Trockle to guard against those awful Internet gremlins.

Did you SEE the stunt they tried to pull today? At least we figured out that they were behind all the problems with Tripod last weekend - they heard about the Trick-or-Treat Tour and they were jealous. They ran around soaping Windows (Internet Explorer) and tried to abduct our dear little monster, Trockle, this morning!
